Hello all. I have a two-part problem: #1: my bathroom tiles surrounding my bathtub need to be replaced, as water is seeping between the tiles creating water damage to the ceiling below. I have re-grouted, but the dry wall behind the tiles is molding, falling apart and needs to be replaced. #2 I am concerned that there may be termite and/or mold damage behind the bathroom wall and to the ceiling on the floor below (the ceiling has a small section, about two inches, that has dissolved, from which tiny amounts of debrie fall).
Has anyone resolved a similiar problem? I have had some less then positive experiences with contractors in the past, and need to find someone honest, and competent who could complete the work in a timely manner. I would be greatful for any referrals! Thanks much!!!
