I own a multi-family house that I purchased a couple of years back. The house has three bathrooms that are not on the building’s CO. There are two one family units that each have one bathroom that isn’t on the CO. The basement also has a bathroom that is not on the CO.

I was just wondering how much trouble could I possibly get into if the city were to find out about them? Also would it be a big deal to actually get them on the CO?
