One of my tenants recently moved out of the fourth floor of our brownstone and left behind a bunch of furniture, fairly old but still in good shape.

Including dressers, a foot locker, a bed, etc.

Wondering if people knew of anybody other than salvation army that may be willing to come and take the furniture? I have called SA but the problem is they will only take items that are two floors up – since this is on the fourth floor they refuse to take it.
