Surveyors?

Hi Can anyone recommend a site surveyor? I am specifically looking for someone with experience documenting old buildings next to new construction sites. I am told I need someone who can install “monuments” and “crack monitors”. Any recommendations or if anyone has any sage advice for being in a 100 year old building to a neighboring construction site?
