need to get an AC cage/box installed

hi Brownstoners. Can anyone make a recommendation for a metal worker who can cut and re-weld the window bars of my garden unit to fit an AC unit? It’s pretty hot without AC at the moment so it’s kind of a rush job. Also, how much could I expect to pay for that? thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
