estimate for painting and floors

We are trying to get a handle on what it costs to paint the interior of a 2000 sq. ft. rowhouse. Also need to rip up some carpeting and linoleum, remove wallpaper, and refinish underlying wood in most places and lay down cork on some other floors. Things seem in fairly decent condition otherwise (i.e., walls don’t need skimcoating or anything). What kind of ballpark woudl you estimate – 20K, 40K, more?
