I am in contract to purchase a unit at the Atlantic Condominums – 457 Atlantic Avenue at the corner of Atlantic and Nevins. I read an article in this weeks NY Times Real Estate section about building websites where tenants/owners can communicate with each other. I though that was a great idea so I set up a google group for people who are purchasing in the Atlantic. If you would like to join please post your email and I will invite you to the group.
