Hi,
I’m new to the forum, but really enjoy the site. I’m hoping someone here can help me find some info…

I’m looking at an apt. in the Newswalk building, and it seems that the building is undergoing a TON of repairs and that tenants are being charged a large monthly fee in addition to the normal maintainence fee. Does anybody here live in the building and know how serious these repairs are and/or how long they’ll go on? Is the building falling apart? Or would you consider these reasonable repairs?

Or, if anyone knows where I could look online to find out this type of info, that would be great.
