“…with an extension for sale.”
Does this mean that a part of the house is being sold separately from the brownstone itself? Or that the brownstone itself has an extension and it’s entire self is up for sale?
Excuse my ignorance (and I’m sure I look like an idiot), I’m trying to house hunt for a friend.
