Hi – Our three-family Brownstone needs some upkeep and we’re looking for someone to do regular light maintenance work. Ideally this would be someone who looks after several different buildings in the neighborhood (Center Slope)because there’s really not that much to do: Small stuff like making sure the foyer is clean and tidy, taking out the trash, light maintenance and checking on things when residents are away. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks
