Bay Ridge Victorian 2

The other day I posted a picture of 7701 Ridge Bldv. I truly appreciate everyones advice. We are still not sold on that place…a ton of work needs to go into it. The real estate develpoer Moussa Khalil owns it too (this man is HATED by most people as he buys old houses and either trys to sell them for way over their price, or lets them sit in hope they will be condemed).

Above is a house around the corner…the asking price is 2.2 mill! (the owner is Jimmy Destri …the drummer for Blondie…I guess he is going through a divorce and has to sell this place). This place is something else…the mother of all Victorians…but wait…there is a 6 story building behind it. This is awful! So if you own this house you will have all the residents of that building looking at you…how unfortunate. Has anyone been in this house? I hear it is in not so great condition.
