Architect to work with Landmarks

I am planning to do some exterior work (stoop & steps leading to the below grade cellar level) on my landmark building and need an architect to draw up the plans for submission to Landmarks. I know what I want done and already have the pictures and narrative for the application. Just need an architect to do the plans.

I recognize that I NEED an architect to draw up the plans, but I prefer to spend my limited funds on the materials and labor to execute the project. Not looking for expensive person to come up with designs for me.

That said, can anyone recommend an architect (who has experience with Landmarks) who fits what I’m looking for?
