Outbid

I have been trying to buy a 2 bedroom in park slope, preferably ps 321 zoning. I am looking for about 1000 sq ft with a reasonable amount of original detail. Everything I have seen has been between $700k and $800k but I continue to be outbid and I have been bidding at the offer price, based on principal alone I just cant pay above what someone is willing to sell it for. So frustrating. Help please, any thoughts?
