Messy renovation

We’ve just begun renovating our apt this week and the workers have scratched the lobby door in front of a co-op board member and left the elevator uncleaned at the end of the day. I come home and one of their girlfriend’s is in my apt talking on her cell phone. I’m scheduled to make a 2nd payment to the contractor (out of 4) tomorrow – any advice?
