Just getting ready to fill out a certificate of no harassment application for our SRO. Seems pretty straightforward but I’ve heard nightmare stories of homeowners getting their applications returned months after submitting them because they were filled out incorrectly. Are there any tips or tricks? Has anyone had an application rejected for technical reasons? I know the investigation could take months — I just want to make sure we don’t prolong the process by filling the forms out in blue rather than black ink or something. Any advice appreciated.
