Video Intercom Recommendations

Hi, I am looking for recommendations for an intercom. I was told that getting a video phone intercom is the way to go. Does anyone have any recommendations with going with a regular intercom vs a video intercom? I received positive feedback for “AI Phone” – has anyone had any experience with this brand.
