Staircase replacement in brownstone

Hello,

we live in brownstone coop which needs part of the hallway stair replaced, and also our internal staircase repaired/replaced(we have the top duplex).

Does anyone have recommendations on who to contact? I’d like to get 3 names if possible so I can compare. Thank you!
