We live in a townhouse with a standard concrete apron abutting our stoop. There is metal storage door that lies flush to the concrete and leads into our cellar. Recently, during heavy (and now not so heavy) rains, water pours in from cracks in the cement around the door, leaving puddles in the basement. Anyone have this problem–and know someone who can fix it? thanks.
