I saw this property @ 560 State (corner of Flatbush & State) 2 weeks ago. Nice apt & nice building. Price seems right @ $690k plus it’s a condo. What does everyone think? Has anyone seen it? It abuts Atlantic Terminal & AY but area should be ripe for change as BAM will be building a dance theatre nearby. Thoughts?
