High Efficiency Bulbs for High Hats

Ok — so I know most of you hate high hats. But with 12 foot ceilings I needed the in my kitchen. Now, are there any high efficiency bulbs that are designed like floods for them? I have looked in the hardware store but zippo. Thanks.
