Tin Ceilings

This might be a dumb question but don’t flame me please- I’m just trying to learn.

Is it possible to put recessed lighting in with a tin ceiling? First of all, is it architecturally possible. Secondly, would that just look ugly?

If you have tin ceilings and want more overhead light, what are your options?
