i have a friend that has purchased a unit at the washington condo and to my dismay they are having alot of problems. security is a huge risk factor and they buildng has been robbed on more than one occasion. major leaks throughout the building has lead to huge amounts of mold growning all over the place. a recent rodent infestation has occured due to the poor securing of the first floor on the washington ave side. there is no response from the developer and all you get is the agony of a run around. i have talked to several people and they hate the buidling. the developer is very shady and it seems that after he has sold some units he is taking the money and running. the building looks like its still under major construction. not to mention there is no temp C of O so buyer before you put you money down and purchase something im sure you can get a better deal if you actually had half of a brain. before you make a huge mistake or unless your up for a full time nightmare dont purchase this place! i feel so bad for my friend so im taking the time to inform everyone not to fall into this hell hole they call a condo.
