The Atlantic

So the building at the corner of Atlantic and Nevins(quite snappily called “the atlantic”) uses Van Brody’s name like it is a selling point. Is this for real? The man who made Atlantic State and 647 Washington? Wow. Even Scarano has the sense not to plaster his name all over things.

Went to the open house this weekend. The PTAC units in the model apartment are mounted at waist height, in the middle of the walls. In the model apartment. Salesmanship!

Wow. Just wow.
