Lawyer for apartment combination?

We are combining two condos in a new development. Already gotten DOB approval/knocked down wall/taken out kitchen. Now we need a lawyer who is familiar with the process to complete the legalities and complete the legal combination. Can anyone recommend a lawyer experienced with such combinations?
