Contractor: electric+plumbing job
We have a washer and dryer to install. There’s water in the correct wall but we will need to tap into the stack, install new pipes to the units, install a new valve with shutoff, and figure out how to protect the underlying hardwood floor (and unit below us) while still being able to mount the units on laundry pedestals. We also need to run a new high voltage/amperage line from the basement and plan to install a brand new circuit breaker box for it.
Our radiator lives next to the project and will need to be moved (a short section of pipe with a 90 degree bend will be required).
Any recommendations? We don’t have any of the needed permits and want to make sure whomever we work with can take care of these as well. We just finished a nightmare reno of a bathroom which turned out wonderfully but we won’t use the same guys to do our second project and want the peace of mind of having the new job inspected.
