Clinton Hill Fourth Worst?

A few days ago, someone told me he/she read that Clinton Hill was
rated the 4th worst neighborhood. Said it was “from a real estate
thing.” Unfortunately I can’t remember who said that, nor can I find
the source.

don’t know:
- brooklyn or all NYC
- quality of source – magazine? or some broker BS?

… guess it’s good for prices around here, and discouraging massive
gentrification.

Any idea where it came from?
