Between 6th and 7th ave on 9th street, a ‘sidewalk’ tree has been cut down for reasons unknown. Who’s responsibility is it to remove the stump that will now takes it’s place and replace it with some new greenery? Is there a time table to stick by? Along this stretch, this is probably the 5 or 6th stump I’ve seen. The others are clearly much older and have yet to be replaced. Who do I contact? Thanks.
