I live in Prospect Heights and go past this building all the time and can’t for the life of me figure out what the deal is.

It has been on the market for what seems like forever and yet noone has moved in? They have open houses every weekend (as noted by some really classy balloons), yet nothing seems to move.

The building is not exactly award winning, but seems no worse than the other new constructions in the area.

Anyone know the score?
