I would like to replace the radiators in my brownstone. When I do a search, I’m always drawn to the ones in the U.K. (below is a link of an example)

Here are my questions;

Are their mechanics and intallation specs different than ours? Can anyone recommend a plumbing/heating specialist to handle such a job?
