Privacy in a First floor Apt?

Suggestions please..

I have a ground floor apt. with 4 large windows(behind security Bars) and would like to know does anyone have any ideas for creating more privacy.

I have curtains up and blinds also…but other than that any ideas..

My goal is to be able to leave blinds and curtains open(but down)..all the while not ending up on youtube..My paranoia is at defcon 1..

Has anyone considered or heard of tinting film(thats removable of course)? or maybe some type of privacy mesh?
