Pat Kiernan can’t say “Bay Ridge”

Does it bother anyone else that Pat Kiernan can’t say “Bay Ridge” correctly? Here is an email I sent to NY1:

Please have Pat Kiernan stop mispronouncing Bay Ridge. The accent is on the second word “ridge” and not the first. Much like park SLOPE or the BRONX.

If you want credibility as NYs home-town news station please correct it. I don’t care how he pronounces Edmonton or Alberta.
