About how much do you think it will cost to build a C shaped stair going across 4 floors (i.e. 3 flights). See link for what I mean by C stair (http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1065/1109475720_4c15708352.jpg).

The longest length is no more than 12′, the short flights about 4′. The levels they span are approximately 9′, 11′, 10′ in ceiling height. I would prefer wood e.g. oak but also open to other more cost effective options.

This is part of a gut reno. Any recommendations are also welcome.
