I’ve been told that Chubb Insurance now demands that all NYC townhouses must have a security system (with a link to a monitoring company) — and that this is a city wide policy. I’m trying to get this verified with Chubb, but wanted to know if anyone else had heard the same thing? Thanks in advance. Also, has anyone had any positive or negative experiences with D&W (a security company)?
