Time to redo my sidewalk

I am looking to redo my sidewalk/driveway in ditmas park. I don’t like the ultra flat, ultra white style that all my neighbors are getting. But time has wrecked havok on my walk and I have to start the process of fixing it. I want an old fashioned tradesmen, who knows his craft (not a jack of all trades). Does that exist anymore? If you know someone like this who did your property, i’d love to see the work they did. My standards are high but I will pay for quality and honesty.

P.S. Rahmann Contracting, located on 9th street in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Anyone have any information on this company? Good, Bad, or Ugly?
