I have a perspective tenant (one person) for my 2 family home in Bklyn who originally requesting a 2 year lease but is now opting for a 1 year. I did a full background check on this person and he checked out OK. I have never given a lease in 20 years of renting and I’m hesitant to give one now (other prospective are asking for leases as well). I know I can continue to look for someone who doesn’t want a lease, but this person from my experience looks to be a good fit. Can someone point me to a website that has very thorough lease forms.
