I’m hoping that someone on this board can help me out. I found this property in Bay Ridge that I’m thinking of buying. It probably needs close to a full gut reno.

I’d like a contractor to come out and look at it with me to give me a realistic estimate of what it would take financially to get it where I want it to be so that I can determine if it’s worth buying (and at what price my offer should be to account for renovations.)

Any thoughts on reasonable and reliable contractors who would do this for me? I’d be willing to pay them a little for their time…
