I am closing on a co op tomorrow but just found out the track lighting system does not work. How much should I ask for to be kept in escrow to have an electrician come and check it and fix it? It is one of those “s” shaped little ceiling tracks… not a wrap around one… also, we DID ask the seller to fix but they did not…
Would also appreciate any recommendations as to good electrician.. thanks
