Bklyn Prices

I agree NY real estate prices are CrA Zy!!! But what else is fucking new. I live in Crown Heights, a block off Nostrand Ave. and a home just sold for 1.7 million. Is that crazy or what? I thinking of selling and moving to West Orange or Montclair.
As for real estate in Brooklyn dropping, I doubt it. This is the Big Apple out of state boy; prices dont decline!!!!
