There is a company called B&H (contacts: Robert and Avi) advertising on Craig’s List as an experienced demolition and moving company. They are inexpensive, and have great references–for *moving* jobs. They seem nice, they’re from Atlanta…

…Whatever you do, DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE DO DEMOLITION IN YOUR HOUSE!

I don’t want to bore you with the epic story of the last four days… the borrowing our tools because they did not bring their own, the spurting water, the whoops! do I smell a waste pipe draining into the basement? The near-mutiny. My husband and I working alongside these guys just to keep Robert’s total lack of managment skills from ruining us, leaving us with a big, unsorted mess of debris that took *days* to untangle.

Let’s just say I am completely convinced that these people have never done a demolition job before.
