I’m ready to renovate the small kitchen in my 3 bedroom condo. Kitchen is about 8 x8. I want to remove everything–cabinets, counters and flooring and replace it with new. Virtually everything will go back in the same place so its mostly a matter of demo, hauling away the debris, repairing the walls and then installing cabinets, counters, backsplash, flooring and a little bit of electric and plumbing. Are there contractors willing to do this kind of relatively small job? I will supply all the major materials–I just need someone to install, supervise the plumber and electrician and provide “construction” materials. Don’t want to use HD or Lowes. Any suggestions on who to contact would be appreciated. The contractor a friend recommended never called me back. Must be licensed and insured. THANKS!
