We are replacing our windows on the front of our Landmarked house. The brick moulding and sills are pretty rotten from years of neglect by the former owner. We have contracted with Bay Ridge Windows to install Marvin windows and brick moulding. Our problem is that Landmarks has turned down our drawings because the brick moulding on the parlor windows will not be exactly as they were built. Marvin says they can’t duplicate it exactly. We hesitate to keep the old part of the moulding that can’t be replicated because the condition is questionable. Any suggestions of someone who could replicate our moulding around these two windows?
