I’ve just taken a contract for an apartment in this yet to be built condo on North 6th in Williamsburg and I’m wondering if there’s anyone else out there who’s reviewed this contract. I’m a first time home buyer, so I’m relying on my lawyers advise, and he says that there are a number of red flags in this contract. My gut reaction is that I’m getting bent over the barrel – is this typical?
