I’m about to redo the whole porch on my wood frame Queen Anne Victorian, as well as add more details on the front exterior. I’d like to try the salvage route before buying new ($ issues AND design issues). I just re-read the WT “Salvage Roadtrip” blog and I’m planning to head up there. Before I make that long trip….anyone know if there are places that are closer? I’m familiar with all the usual local suspects mentioned on this blog. I’ll need large quantities of balusters, posts, etc, not just a few pieces. Any ideas? Did I mention money is an issue? Thanks!
