Does anyone know if there are any current laws or regulations relating to having a fire bowl/pit/chiminea in Brooklyn. I have a small yar off of my condo in Park slope and wold like to add a fire a bowl but am not sure if this is forbidden. It seems like it would OK because its kind of like a charcoal grill, but in NYC you never what what the regs are.
