We currently have a One Family that has a garden level apt. – the apt. has a full bath and kitchen, front and back etrance/exit, ceilings are about 6ft but there is room to raise, only the two front windows and back ones may not be large enough for DOB standards, Has anyone ever converted a Family Home to a Two Family? If so how much does the paperwork/permit, architect, expediter, etc. cost. roughly alltogether? Thanks.
