Chimneys Open and Lined?

We’ve been in a brownstone slugging our way through restoration. We think now we’d really like to open up a couple of been-closed-for-25 years chimneys. Know we’ll need current linings checked and/or replaced, and possibly new flues. Any recommendations for businesses that do this? Money is an issue (Ramen noodles have crept back into our menu planning), but want some quality, too.
