Brownstone Facade Loans

My wife and I are about to close on a somewhat decrepit brownstone. The facade is in serious, never been repaired shape. Expensive, so that we won’t be able to do it for a long while. I heard there were low cost loans available through a NYC agency for restoring brownstone facades. Does anyone have any particulars on that?
