BRICK REPOINTING

anybody ever used B&S Construction for brick work ? any recommendations for someone to repoint and rebuild multiple interior walls of mine in park slope ? im getting crazy high bids – like $12,000 for one floor (building size approximately 20×40) to repoint 3 walls and rebuild the fourth. any help is greatly appreciated !!!
