I own two adjacent properties on East 78th Street, New York, NY10021.

261 East 78th Street and 263 East 78th Street.

Both are 14ft wide townhouses. One is configured as two apartments plus a store downstairs, and the other is configured as 4 apartments. The townhouses date back to the late 1800′s. While the properties are nowhere near their original condition and have been chopped and changed there may be some details worth salvaging.

Both properties have wood floors. One is I suspect white Pine, while the other is a narrow plank dark wood.

Both houses are scheduled for demolition end of May / Early June

We would like to clear the houses of any parts that would have any value.

We would require someone to come to the property, remove anything of value and take it away.
