window boxes

We are buying window boxes from the Brooklyn Botanical Garden to use on the outside of our brownstone rental apartment in Bed-Stuy. There’s a ledge outside each window that is pitched a little bit away from the building. What’s the best way to make sure the boxes don’t fall down or fly away?
